Our goal is to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless and hassle-free as possible. To achieve this, we have outlined our returns and exchange policy below:

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per your order. However, if you receive an incorrect product that does not match the item in your order confirmation, or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of delivery.
  • If you receive a defective product, please send us pictures of the damaged item within 72 hours of delivery.
  • We will offer a replacement of the same product or an alternative product of your choice. If the desired product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
  • The replacement or refund will be processed within 2-3 working days after the defective product is picked up.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

  • Refunds cannot be issued if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
